Is Alien Artifacts still open? Am I to make purchases in-store and/or online?

Yes, we are still open both in-store and online! You can visit us at 2132 E. 4th St in Long Beach, Ca. Our in-store hours are currently: 

Monday: Closed

Tuesday - Friday: 12pm-6pm

Saturday: 11am-6pm

Sunday: 11am-5pm

Does Alien Artifacts offer in-store or curbside pick-up?

Yes! You can select the local pick up option at checkout and we will prepare your order for a quick, contact-free pickup.

I just place an order online, when will it get here?

Orders placed online typically ship within 3 business days from purchase. Please note that most mail carriers have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic which in some instances has resulted in delayed deliveries. Once Alien Artifacts delivers your order to a carrier, we are unable to affect the travel time of your package.

Am I able to return items that I purchased in-store/online?

To ensure that we are able to keep our staff and customers safe we are not accepting returns on any items at this time, sadly all sales are final right now.

What is Alien Artifacts doing to keep customers and employees safe?

Alien Artifacts is closely observing guidelines provided by Los Angeles County, the State of California, and the CDC. To insure the safest and most comfortable shopping experience for in-store customers, we have instituted the following guidelines:

-Only 3 customers may enter our brick and mortar store at a time

-We are a small store but we still ask that customers try to keep 6ft of social distancing from one another

-All customers must be wearing a mask PRIOR to entry. If customers need to remove their mask for any reason, they may do so outside. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer refusing to observe the mask mandate established by the State of California

-All garments that have been tried on without purchase will be placed on a 24-hour hold to be steamed and sanitized before being returned to inventory 

-As a courtesy, we ask that customers only handle items which they wish to purchase
